154. An itinerant merchant who, pursuant to sections 104 and 105 furnishes $50,000 security or more may be exempted from the trust account required by section 256 of the Act without furnishing the security prescribed in section 150.
To be exempt from the trust account required by section 256 of the Act, if the security furnished pursuant to sections 104 and 105 is less than $50,000, the itinerant merchant must furnish additional security to make up the difference between $50,000 and the amount of security furnished or furnish security in accordance with section 150.
